I have been passionate about food for over 25 years, since throwing simple spaghetti dinner parties in college. A Personal Chef since 2004, formerly under the name Karen Cooks It, I have cooked for thousands of people, expanding my cooking repertoire. And after visiting over 30 countries, I have discovered even more culinary delights. Ask me to make my favorite, Korean Bibimbap. Or wait, maybe Japanese Okonomiyaki. Then Peruvian Papa a la Huancaína……….dang, time to eat!
